According to yogis, our lifespan is determined by the number of Breaths we are given at birth by Saturn. By meditating deeply on the breath we can connect to death and our attachments. Transcending our fears, we learn to breath from our subtle infinite self. A shabad from Kabir is guiding us in this process of recognizing the breath as a Teacher. Then we go through a deep kriya to dissolve fear of the future.

“Kal” means “time” in Sanskrit. and the moon is measuring time in ancient times. It is also our contemplative, sensitive nature. Time is relative and  Kali is this Goddess that appears as fierce sometimes because she represents destruction and dissolution. She burns  all our attachments. Its fierce image is a reflection of our  fears : fear of death, fear of dissolution & fear of non-existence.

In this serie we consider Kali in the context of the ten Mahavidyas of the ancient tantric tradition. This serie is designed to give us depth of meditation and inner stability  transform ourselves and face the challenging era we are going through where a lot of changes are happening. Kali is this part of us that is always victorious whatever the challenge.

These Series are a selection of very precise meditative practices to experience our own relation with the moon and clear the memories that the moon carries so it can clearly reflect the light of the sun while offering us the gift of change, cycles and wonder. Western mind considers time in a very linear manner . As yogis time is measured by the intensity of the changes we go through. The awakening of Kundalini is like a concentration or acceleration of time, Past and future collapse in the eternal NOW.

In other words more awareness means we can handle more dimensions of ourselves and deepen the experience of this human life. This is the purpose of these series, to help us optimize our experience of life meaning enjoying it rather than struggle through it.

In the first chapter we explore the relation with time, birth and death.
In the second we dive into intimate relationships as they trigger a lot of our subconscious reactions.
In the third we balance the nervous system for the spêcific cosmic era that the earth is actually transiting into.
